14 days to return or exchange

Not quite right? You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• With all tags still attached
• In their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been worn, washed or altered.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+20 112 794 3808) with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
2. For an exchange, tell us the new size or item you'd like.
3. We'll arrange for a courier to collect the item from your address.

Exchanges

We'll send your new size or item as soon as we receive the original back and check it. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the item price within 5–7 working days by InstaPay or mobile wallet. Original delivery fees are not refunded.

Return delivery fee

The collection fee for returns and exchanges is paid by the customer. If your item arrived faulty, damaged or wasn't what you ordered, we cover all delivery costs.
