Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 2–5 working days of being confirmed. Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday or a holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery fees

• Free delivery on orders over EGP 1,500.
• For smaller orders, the delivery fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Paying for your order

• Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives.
• InstaPay — transfer the total, then send a screenshot of the transfer to us on WhatsApp (+20 112 794 3808). We confirm it within 6–12 hours and then ship your order.

Order confirmation

We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before it ships. Please make sure your phone number is correct so your delivery isn't delayed.

When your order arrives

Please check your parcel when the courier hands it to you. If anything is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
